Specifications & Materials
Our pavilions are built with premium materials using a construction process that's been developed over 30 years to ensure they last for years to come.
- Structure: 100mm x 50mm prepared timber framing, pressure treated.
- Cladding: 19mm x 125mm Shiplap (optional Weatherboard or Loglap).
- Roof: Onduvilla tiles or felt tiles in a choice of colours.
- Floor: Pressure-treated joists with 18mm ply flooring.
- Doors & Windows: Double-glazed French doors; double-glazed casement windows.
- Veranda: 1.2m covered veranda with support posts, bracing, spindles, and handrails.

Are Pavilions suitable for public spaces?

Are Pavilions weather-resistant?
Of course - our pressure-treated timber and roofing materials are designed for all UK weather conditions.
Can the interior of a Pavilion be insulated?
Of course - we offer insulation for walls and floors. We use rockwall for the walls and celotex with Egger board for the flooring.
Do you offer bespoke sizes for Pavilions?
While we offer a range of standard sizes online, our team can also put together a bespoke design and quote based on your exact requirements. You’re welcome to give us a call, or you can build a tailored quote online using our quote builder - once you reach the final step, our team will review everything and come back to you with options.
Can I match my Pavilion’s colour to my house?
Absolutely - the timber can be painted or stained to your choice.
Can I enclose the veranda area of my Pavilion?
That’s no problem - we can fit handrails and spindles.
Can I have the veranda on the side instead of the front of my Pavilion?
Certainly - our Pavilions can be designed with front or side verandas.
