This pavilion quickly becomes a natural gathering point. Measuring 10.9m x 4.8m, this size suits everyday use.
Each building is handcrafted to order using sustainably sourced timber, with pressure-treated shiplap cladding and Onduvilla roofing supplied as standard. Optional upgrades such as cedar roofing, weatherboard cladding and insulation packages are available if you’d like to tailor the finish.

Garden Pavilions combine an enclosed room with a covered veranda, supported by heavy timber posts and finished with Onduvilla tiled roofing, soffits and fascia as standard.
- Constructed using 100mm x 50mm structural framing, internally lined to eaves height with eco-breathable membrane
- Exterior finished in pressure-treated 19mm shiplap cladding (16mm finished size)
- Supplied with white uPVC French doors (1190mm x 1956mm) incorporating double-glazed panes and secure locking (window provision varies by pavilion size)
- A double glazed timber window is included with the option to add additional windows
- Front veranda supported on 100mm x 100mm pressure-treated sawn posts, with strengthened headers and curved bracing
- Veranda flooring formed using Ex-32mm pressure-treated decking (28mm finished size)
- Underside of veranda canopy lined with ply as standard (shiplap lining available as an upgrade)
- Roof constructed on specialist trusses at 600mm centres, boarded with OS roof boards and finished with Onduvilla lightweight tiles, pitched at approximately 22.5°
- Soffits and fascia fitted to all sides as standard
- Guttering and downpipes fitted to front and rear elevations
- All construction timbers are pressure treated

Delivery is free to much of the South East and Home Counties, but we also do our best to keep delivery costs as low as possible to other parts of the country.
Delivery rates are calculated at the checkout based on your location.
Full installation by our professional team of installers is included in the price of the building - we do offer a DIY option which includes a 20% discount on the base price for collected buildings or 10% for delivered buildings. If this is of interest, get in touch with our team.
Our lead time for delivery and installation is usually 4-6 weeks, this can increase during exceptionally busy times of the year, but of course we will always try to fit in with your requirements and one of our team will be in touch once you have placed your order. Before you can take delivery of your buildings you will need to have your base prepared. Please see our guide to groundworks and bases here. We will send a base plan to you with the necessary footprint details to complete these works. It is very important that these works are carried out properly. If you are unsure please do contact us we will be only too happy to offer you advice.
