Returns & Cancellations

All of our garden buildings are made to order and built to your individual specification. Because each building is uniquely manufactured for you, your consumer rights differ from those that apply to off-the-shelf goods. This page summarises the key information relevant to online purchases. Please see our full Terms & Conditions, which govern all orders.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (which govern distance and online sales in the UK), the standard 14-day cancellation right does not apply to goods that are made to your specification or clearly personalised. Our buildings fall within this exemption.

Once a deposit or full payment has been received and construction of your building has begun in our workshop, we are unable to offer cancellation, returns, or refunds.

Order confirmation process

When you place an order online, we will always contact you before work begins to confirm:

  • The full specification and details of your order
  • Your preferred delivery timeline
  • Access requirements for delivery and installation

This gives you a clear opportunity to review everything and confirm you are happy to proceed before any work starts. Construction will not begin until this confirmation has taken place.
