Delivery & Installation

We offer nationwide delivery and installation for all of our garden buildings - find out everything you need to know below about what happens once you place an order for a new garden room or building.

Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery (mainland UK) on all of our garden buildings - for online orders, delivery costs will be calculated at the checkout based on your location, whilst delivery costs will be included in the quote for any orders placed directly with our team,

Once your order is confirmed, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date and discuss access requirements for your site. Our standard lead time from order confirmation to delivery is 4–6 weeks, though this can vary during particularly busy periods. We will always keep you informed of your expected timeline.

If you have specific scheduling requirements, please let us know — we will do our best to accommodate you.

For those who prefer to collect or if you are ordering a DIY kit, you are welcome to arrange collection directly from our workshop in Ashford, Kent.

For information about our DIY kit buildings, including delivery arrangements for those, please see our DIY Kits page here.

Installation

Installation is included in the price of all fully installed buildings — there are no additional charges.

Our professional team will deliver and assemble your building on site, working efficiently to minimise disruption. Depending on the size and complexity of your building, installation typically takes anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days. We will leave your site tidy and your building ready to use.

We ask that you or a representative are present on the day of installation so we can walk you through the finished building and ensure you are completely happy with it.

Groundworks and bases

Before installation can take place, the necessary groundwork and base preparation must be complete. Mobile buildings require a flat and level area; fixed buildings require a concrete base with appropriate brick coursing. Once your order is confirmed, we will provide a full base plan with the dimensions your groundworks contractor will need.

Full guidance on groundworks and bases can be found on our Groundworks & Bases page here.
