Each building is handcrafted to order using sustainably sourced timber, with pressure-treated shiplap cladding and Onduvilla roofing supplied as standard. Optional upgrades such as cedar roofing, weatherboard cladding and insulation packages are available if you’d like to tailor the finish.

Chart Summerhouses are bright, welcoming garden buildings, built with the same structural approach as our Garden Rooms and finished with a distinctive front apex.
- Built using 100mm x 50mm structural framing, lined internally to eaves height with an eco-breathable membrane between studwork and cladding
- Exterior clad in pressure-treated 19mm shiplap (16mm finished size)
- Features an 800mm castle-style apex to the front elevation
- Straight gable-to-gable roof pitched at approximately 22.5° and a 125mm x 50mm purlin system with joist hangers
- Roof boarded with OS roof boards and finished with Onduvilla lightweight tiles
- Support trusses spaced approximately every 3.0m–3.6m, with around 2.1m clearance beneath bottom rails (final positioning shown on base plans)
- Supplied with white uPVC double-glazed French doors (1190mm x 1956mm) including reinforced sill and secure lock
- A double glazed timber window is included with the option to add additional windows
- Includes timber-framed, pressure-treated double-glazed window (575mm x 853mm) with one opening pane (window style may vary)
- Guttering and downpipes fitted to front and rear eaves elevations
All construction timbers are pressure treated

Delivery is free to much of the South East and Home Counties, but we also do our best to keep delivery costs as low as possible to other parts of the country.
Delivery rates are calculated at the checkout based on your location.
Full installation by our professional team of installers is included in the price of the building - we do offer a DIY option which includes a 20% discount on the base price for collected buildings or 10% for delivered buildings. If this is of interest, get in touch with our team.
Our lead time for delivery and installation is usually 4-6 weeks, this can increase during exceptionally busy times of the year, but of course we will always try to fit in with your requirements and one of our team will be in touch once you have placed your order. Before you can take delivery of your buildings you will need to have your base prepared. Please see our guide to groundworks and bases here. We will send a base plan to you with the necessary footprint details to complete these works. It is very important that these works are carried out properly. If you are unsure please do contact us we will be only too happy to offer you advice.
